  • Does my rental come with an attendant?

    No, your rental does not come with an attendant. However, a team member will ensure the photobooth is set up and the software is running efficiently for your convenience. The rental and software are designed to be super user-friendly and practically run themselves, but if any technical issues arise, you can simply give us a call for assistance.

  • Can the Photobooth be customized?

    Yes, the photobooth is entirely customizable to suit your needs. We offer the option to create a custom backdrop that can wrap the photobooth with your event or product logo, adding a personalized touch to your photo experience. This way, you can make the photobooth uniquely tailored to your event or branding.

  • Does my Photobooth rental have printing capability?

    No, your photobooth rental does not have printing capability. This is due to the absence of an attendant, which makes it challenging to monitor and manage prints as well as address any potential technical issues. However, the good news is that all your images will be captured digitally, ensuring your digital memories will be preserved and accessible for the long term.

  • Does my Photobooth rental come with props?

    No, your photobooth rental does not come with physical props. We have opted to exclude them due to the challenge of maintaining cleanliness and hygiene. However, we do offer a selection of cool, printable disposable props within the software, allowing you to add a touch of fun and creativity to your photos while ensuring a germ-free experience.

  • How much space do you need for your setup?

    For our setup, if you are using a backdrop and positioning the booth toward the backdrop, we recommend an 8x8 foot space to ensure a comfortable and well-organized photo experience. In addition, it's essential to have access to a dedicated 110-volt electrical outlet that is not shared with another vendor, ensuring the smooth operation of the photobooth throughout your event.

  • What kind of photo equipment are you using?

    We use a digital photobooth setup that centers around an Apple iPad-based photobooth software. To enhance the photo quality and lighting, we incorporate a round modeling ring light. Our innovative software is designed to create an engaging and enjoyable experience for your event attendees, offering a variety of features such as fun photo filters, boomerangs, and animated gifs to capture and share memorable moments.

  • How long does it typically take to set up?

    Typically, it takes approximately an hour before we commence shooting to ensure everything is ready. The actual setup process itself typically takes around 45 minutes. We are quite flexible with our setup and strive to accommodate the timeframe that best suits your event, making the experience as seamless as possible.
